  • Printed and cut on transparent vinyl plastic for a perfect fit and allows warning lights to show through.
  • Needle removal is not required at all besides the clock, the white gauges easily slip over the needles.
  • Stock faces are not removed, our white gauges overlay on top of them and use the stock lighting.
  • Overlays do not wrinkle or bubble in the heat or cold and can be removed with direct heat if needed.

    The overlay was easier to install than window tint. Been on for over a year and with the blue led backlight it looks great. Thanks alot.

    I never had an issues with the lighting at all but decided I wanted to change the lighting a bit and ohh am I glad I did. I changed the lighting to the high power blue leds and am just amazed. A+++ for sure!

    Pros: These gauge faces are a great bargain compared to the overlays available for my truck, and with better styling than is available for it on those overlays.

    Cons: They are tricky to install. Despite being very similar to window tint film, they didn't slide around as easily on my gauge face as tint film slides on glass, even with soapy water. You have to place them precisely or the lighted marks won't show through as well at night, so you need to get them as close as possible when you first lay them down, then give them minor adjustments. The only other con, and it may not apply to other vehicles, the instrument lights are muted a bit. The film used has a slight tint to it. The only time I really notice it, though, is when trying to see what gear I'm in during the daytime. A combination of the tint and not getting the characters perfectly aligned makes it a little harder to see, especially if there is sunlight on the dash. I'm sure this can be fixed with some brighter LEDs, though =D
