Return Policy
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS AS OF 05/26/

Please make sure you understand
what you are buying. The descriptions and
pictures we provide are there for you to make sure you know what you are
getting. We will only offer returns/refunds on DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE that we determine were defective at the time of manufacture.
We will NOT return/refund on merchandise that is damaged while being
installed. Merchandise must be shipped to us so we can determine the
reason for the defect.

We have many distributors that
may offer returns, but we now only allow returns on defective merchandise only.
We apologize for the change of
policy. We try our hardest to explain our product, but we have had an
influx of people who purchase our items without reading what they are
purchasing. Once again, we apologize for this inconvienence.
OLD POLICY NO LONGER IN USE
If you want to return the product,
please follow the instructions below very carefully.
*Note: We do not return leds, any order with color changes,
install kits, or bulk orders.*
Please contact us within 15 days of purchase and
tell us why you want to return item, you must be approved before you can return
any item and this must be done through email, not calling in.
*Does not include
shipping charges, PayPal and or eBay charges.*
Please return it with "REFUND" written on the front of the envelope, if you are
not approved your refund will not be valid. We
also need everything that came with your order including invoice, packaging, and
instructions.
The fine print...

We do not refund any items other then our white gauges. This includes LEDs, Install kits, and any other items we sell that are not white gauges.

We also do not refund custom orders such as color changes.

Items returned to us damaged by improper packaging will not be subject
to a refund. It is best to return your item in the same package we
sent it to you in.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. (The reason for this is because we offer all info on our
website and pictures, all customers know what they are getting)

We only refund to PayPal and credit cards. If you paid with a money order please forward your credit card information to us.

Refunds are usually processed in 2-4 weeks.

We do not refund shipping
charges.
